Panpuri Wellness is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this booking platform. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand.

• Name and contact details (phone number, email address)
• Booking history — services booked, dates, times, and notes
• Payment status and deposit information
• Special requests or health notes you voluntarily provide

3. Purpose of Processing

• To process and manage your appointment bookings
• To send booking confirmations and reminders
• To handle cancellations, reschedules, and refunds
• To improve our services and maintain customer records

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given at the time of booking) and contract performance (fulfilling your appointment). You may withdraw consent at any time — this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for up to 3 years after your last appointment, or for as long as required by applicable law. After this period, your data is anonymised or deleted.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
